Absolutely recommend this company! My upstairs AC wasn't running properly. Damien & crew came out and discovered my unit was too small for my house. The house was always hot and could not maintain temperature. They replaced the unit the next day, removed the old unit and all the repair materials all in one day. That was in March 2026. My house now stays consistently cool and my power bill went down $100. Last night I discovered my downstairs unit was leaking water all over the garage. Damien was able to come out today and repair the pipe that was leaking in less than 24 hours. I will continue to use them for all my HVAC needs!

Southern Air Care provided superb service to my dated AC system in a timely fashion. It had randomly stopped working while we were gone for a party, and at 8PM on our return I selected and contacted this company. At 8AM the next day the tech arrived promptly and got to work. I quickly felt his confident expertise as he got to work and tested my older system. By 9:30AM he had located/permanently solved the problem AND identified two additional weaknesses; soon-to-be issues. All issues were resolved and the bill paid, my kids and dogs were comfortable around the tech and he left no mess, WHERE IS THE SIX STAR BUTTON?

Best heating and air company around town! The office staff are always super helpful, friendly, and honest. Damien does excellent work and really knows the ins and outs of HVAC units. Southern Air Care is the best in the business. I have been a customer for over 4 years they have been there for us every time to get our old units up and running quickly when we need them the most. We finally had to replace a unit last week and they handled the new install quickly and economically. Very professional staff and they are there when they say they are going to be there. Very rare for most contractors they days. If you need help, don't mess around with the other guys....Call Southern Air Care. You won't be disappointed!

We have had lots of issues with our HVAC unit over the last year. We were working with a different company but ultimately decided to go with Southern Air Care to replace our unit. Damien was able to come out the same day I called to take a look at our unit and he was so nice and very helpful. They replaced our unit as soon as they could and the team was wonderful and very kind. We definitely recommend Southern Air Care!

A few weeks ago I had the opportunity to meet Damian the owner of Southern Air Care. I had an urgent need due to the furnace in the attic leaking. Damian responded to my text message right away which I really didnt expect since they hadnt opened yet. He assured me that they could work me that morning. Damian showed up exactly when he said that he would, he was very knowledgeable and found the problem right away, had the issue fixed within 30 mins. He was professional, extremely honest and reasonable. He could have easily sold me a new unit and I would have never known better. When your AC isnt working a lot of folks will take advantage of you.

Southern Air Care is definitely the company to call for your HVAC service. My furnace stopped blowing heat the evening of December 2nd. Not having a service I usually use I found southern air car on google. It was early morning but Stephanine answered. Though she had not left her home to head into the office she noticed that one of her technicians was heading into the shop. She advised me she would try to get me on his schedule and send him my way, and that she did. TJ and his partner arrived in my driveway around 9am. TJ was very thorough and advised me the unit was now working and he didn’t see anything to repair. I was thoroughly impressed with his honesty. His level of integrity sold me on their business and I purchased their maintenance plan. I highly recommend Southern Air Care. Stephanie provides amazing Customer Service and TJ…WOW you can’t beat that level of honesty and integrity. He could have easily charged me for parts and services that weren’t needed but he didn’t. Instead he checked both my units, replaced my filters and explained what he was doing throughout the process. I literally felt like I had an introduction to HVAC training. TJ was the best and I’m so glad he was my technician Five stars all the way

After I fussed out my home warranty company for denying my claim this year. I remembered them sending this company out to me previously. A little late leaving this review but Damien did a great job replacing our HVAC system. We had Covid during the coldest week of weather we had and our furnace went out. He was able to come out within just a few days and replaced our entire, very old system. Professional, efficient, friendly. Highly recommend. We won’t use anyone else for future hvac needs.

They have consistently supported repairs to our two AC units several times and completed it fast. They are my go to and I have a service contract with them for the last year.

We used southern air care for installation of two central air units and they were great. We received other estimates and they were not only the best price by far but made us feel like they really care about their customers. The owner is very responsive and him and his team did a great job on install day with him even coming back to make sure the home was at right temperature. Would highly recommend them for all your hvac needs.
